Acceptance and license
By downloading, accessing, or using iSpeakEnglish, the user agrees to these Terms of Use. Cerebra Enterprises LLC grants the user a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use iSpeakEnglish in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
The app, its visual design, bundled curriculum, software, and related materials remain the property of Cerebra Enterprises LLC or its licensors, except where specific components are identified as open source.
Educational use only
iSpeakEnglish is designed for language-learning and communication practice. It is not legal advice, medical advice, mental-health advice, immigration advice, employment advice, or other professional advice.
AI-generated, speech-generated, or translated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, overly literal, or inappropriate for a learner’s real-world situation. Users are responsible for how they rely on or repeat content outside the app.
User responsibilities
- Users may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to unlawfully reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of another person’s rights.
- Users may not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.
- If a user provides audio, text, or images, the user is responsible for having the right to provide that content.
Paid features and subscriptions
If iSpeakEnglish offers paid features or auto-renewing subscriptions, the applicable title, billing period, renewal terms, and price should be shown clearly in the app and in the Apple purchase flow before purchase.
Subscriptions made through Apple are billed by Apple and renew automatically until canceled. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple account subscription settings. Refund decisions for App Store purchases are generally handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
AI-generated content and limitations
Some iSpeakEnglish features may use AI-powered processing, including speech transcription, tutor-response generation, translated support, and optional image editing. Those features may rely on third-party providers and may produce outputs that are not always accurate, complete, or suitable for every context.
Users should not treat any app response as a guarantee of correctness, fluency, legal compliance, or professional suitability.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iSpeakEnglish is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerebra Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, or content inaccuracies arising from use of the app.
Governing law
Except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
